What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ services and components.
• Implement clean API designs and robust data models to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Diagnose production issues and improve system performance using telemetry and diagnostics.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C++ with hands-on experience in API and system design.
• Experience operating backend services in production environments, including on-call rotations.
• Must be based in Seattle, WA.

• Experience with performance optimization, memory efficiency, and concurrency at scale.
• Experience refactoring legacy code and working with large codebases.
