What you will do

• Lead and grow the Account Security (AccSec) pod consisting of 7+ individual contributors.
• Formulate and present the ongoing Account Security strategy and roadmap in collaboration with product and data science partners.
• Drive the reduction of account takeover (ATO) impact and build community trust in account security.
• Maintain technical authority by contributing code and leading rigorous architectural reviews.
• Mentor engineers and dive deep into complex system challenges to secure accounts with high platform value.

Requirements

• Experience in account security, identity, fraud detection, or abuse detection.
• Track record of leading teams to launch security or abuse-fighting features from inception to launch.
• Proven experience in people leadership and growing high-performing engineering teams.
• Must be based in the US and have valid US work authorization.
