Location: Remote (US). Not eligible for hire in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA. Approximately 20% travel required.

Compensation: $188,240 – $276,700 (varies by location).

What you will do

• Design and deliver high-quality reference code, quickstarts, and POCs to demonstrate platform capabilities.
• Translate customer friction and agentic trends into actionable product strategy.
• Build brand authority through technical keynotes, deep-dive blogs, and open-source contributions.
• Partner with PMs, GTM, and Engineering teams to provide feedback on technical direction and user experience.
• Translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, including executives and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineers and customers to build cohesive solution blueprints.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience architecting and operating high-scale cloud systems.
• Deep production expertise in JS/TS and Python with AI-assisted development.
• Proven mastery of RESTful API design and developer experience standards.
• Strong background in AI/LLM implementation, including RAG and agentic frameworks.
• Active participation in cloud or AI open-source communities.
• Ability to synthesize market friction into formal engineering proposals.
