Location: Hybrid in Hsinchu, Taiwan or Hong Kong

What you will do
- Serve as a subject matter expert on regional Compensation & Benefits programs and policies.
- Participate in surveys and benchmarking to maintain market competitiveness.
- Manage health, pension, and country-specific programs across 7 Asia Pacific regions.
- Monitor operational C&B matters, including vendor agreements and service costs.
- Drive employee communication and maintain total rewards content on the company intranet.
- Generate reports and analyze data to support departmental initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in high-tech or software industry.
- High proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Strong analytical, process management, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a global or matrix business environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
