Brand & Partnerships Lead (HealthTech)

🚀 We’re hiring: Brand & Partnerships Lead | Remote | Poland 🇵🇱

A fast-growing healthtech startup backed by €3M in Seed funding is looking for a Brand & Partnerships Lead to help shape the future of digital healthcare and metabolic health in Poland.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about branding, partnerships, communication, and growth.

✨ What you’ll do:
• Lead and shape the company’s brand strategy
• Manage social media, PR, campaigns, and external communications
• Build partnerships with influencers, media, and key stakeholders
• Drive commercial collaboration opportunities
• Manage a small team and work closely with founders

✅ Requirements:
• Experience as a Brand Director, Creative Director, or Brand Manager
• Strong brand-building and stakeholder management skills
• Previous leadership/team management experience
• Fluent English
• Comfortable balancing strategy and execution

➕ Nice to have:
• Startup experience
• Copywriting skills

💰 Compensation & Benefits:
• PLN 15k – 25k net/month (B2B)
