What you will do

• Design and produce high-quality visual content, including display ads, email graphics, social media assets, and print collateral, using predefined templates.
• Apply established brand guidelines and design systems to ensure visual consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver production-ready assets based on feedback from senior designers and marketing stakeholders.
• Ensure all visuals meet accessibility standards and align with brand and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with creative leads and offshore teams to manage high-volume deliverables under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of professional experience in visual or graphic design, preferably in high-volume production environments.
• Advanced English level (written and spoken) as the role supports global initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Proven ability to follow templates, structured systems, and detailed brand guidelines.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Guadalajara or Mexico City (CDMX), Mexico.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with AI tools to optimize and augment daily workflows and process automation.
