Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote, with access to hubs in Dubai, Yerevan, London, and Belgrade.

hirify.global develops Mira, a personal AI agent that operates inside Telegram personal and group chats to help with scheduling meetings, summarizing discussions, creating content, and coordinating plans.

What you will do

• Own Mira’s end-to-end design across product interfaces and chat.
• Design landing pages and the visual story around the product, translating AI capabilities into clear use cases.
• Shape user journeys in the app and through chatbot messages.
• Use product data, user research, and competitor research to guide design decisions.
• Work with product, engineering, analytics, and other cross-functional teams from exploration and prototyping through release.

Requirements

• Experience leading design for a large-scale B2C product, with shipped work and measurable impact on metrics.
• A diverse portfolio including product interfaces and landing pages, with an independent point of view on good design.
• Experience working directly with product, engineering, and analytics.
• Ability to own design independently, set direction, and drive work end-to-end without micromanagement.
• Fluency with modern design and prototyping tools, with practical use of AI in the workflow.

Nice to have

• Background in AI or agent products, conversational interfaces, or chat-based apps.
• Experience with Telegram Mini Apps or bots, or understanding of messaging-surface constraints.
• Experience designing for trust, privacy, and user control in UX.
