What you will do

• Establish renewal and quote pricing for large and complex corporate groups.
• Analyze experience and trends to support pricing recommendations and long-term feasibility.
• Respond to internal and external client inquiries regarding pricing, experience, and plan design.
• Conduct peer reviews and provide coaching and mentoring for underwriting staff.
• Lead projects and process-improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and review ASO and Retention financial statements and agreements.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in business administration, mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, or finance.
• 10-15 years of progressive Group Underwriting experience, including various funding arrangements.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required to meet business needs.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
