What you will do

• Design and maintain Terraform Infrastructure as Code for Azure payment environments using reusable modules and policy-as-code guardrails.
• Own the end-to-end M365 Copilot Studio agent lifecycle, including environment strategy, automated promotion, and governance.
• Operate Power Platform ALM (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) integrated with GitHub Actions.
• Build and maintain GitHub-native CI/CD pipelines for .NET, TypeScript, and IaC repositories.
• Harden Azure platform services including AKS, Azure Functions, API Management, and Key Vault with secure-by-default networking.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to deploy and operate Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry workloads.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering, with at least 3+ years on Microsoft Azure and Infrastructure as Code.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or 5+ years equivalent experience).
• Expertise in Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Azure container orchestration (AKS).
• Proven experience with Power Platform ALM and M365 Copilot Studio agent design.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS 4.0 and security compliance for payments.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Microsoft Certifications: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• HashiCorp Certified Terraform Associate.
• Knowledge of payments domain standards like ISO 20022 and real-time rails (RTP, FedNow, Zelle).
