What you will do

• Create high-quality technical blog posts, tutorials, and guides based on hands-on engineering experience.
• Produce demo videos and screencasts that showcase product functionality in realistic scenarios.
• Build and maintain demo apps, proof-of-concepts, and sandbox environments.
• Design reference architectures and implementation templates.
• Engage with DevOps and SRE communities to gather feedback and contribute to open-source initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to align content with technical strategy.

Requirements

• Must be based in Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, or Venezuela).
• Strong coding experience in Python, JavaScript, Go, or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Terraform.
• Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, SRE practices, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.
• Excellent written and verbal English (C1 level).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with video editing tools like ScreenStudio, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere.
• Background in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Understanding of SEO for technical content and experience with CMS tools.
• Public speaking experience and an active presence in developer communities (GitHub, Stack Overflow).
