What you will do

• Create and implement execution growth strategies for the Hypersonics business portfolio.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and partners, specifically within the Army and MDA markets.
• Manage financial performance, including overall portfolio budgets and individual program costs.
• Oversee contractual requirements for hardware and software delivery through planning and monitoring.
• Supervise and mentor a team of 2-6 Program Managers.
• Lead acquisitions, requirements reviews, and design demonstrations to ensure operational needs are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or a technical/business field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Program Manager for a Defense-related product manufacturer.
• Proficiency with formal project management tools, including schedule management, EVM, and risk management.
• Ability to access US export-controlled information (ITAR) and obtain a US security clearance.
• US Military Officer experience with warfare, acquisition, procurement, or contracts is highly desired.

Nice to have

• Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Direct experience working within the Redstone Arsenal portfolio.
• Earned Value Management (EVM) expertise.
