What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for all Americas entities.
• Manage the global consolidation process for all subsidiaries and entities.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and maintain robust internal controls.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team while streamlining month-end procedures.
• Partner with FP&A to support variance analysis and provide accounting insights.
• Coordinate external audit processes and prepare board-level financial reporting packages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in controllership, consolidations, and financial analytics.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting standards.
• Experience with global ERP and consolidation platforms.
• Must be based in the U.S.
• Proven ability to work in a global, multi-entity environment.
