What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end QA strategy across web, mobile, and API platforms.
  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
  • Improve Continuous Integration pipelines and automate software engineering processes.
  • Review designs and code to provide constructive feedback on testability.
  • Mentor less experienced team members and establish quality processes.
  • Analyze product issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Europe
  • 5+ years of experience in QA engineering with full-stack testing expertise.
  • Proven experience leading QA teams or initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relational databases like MySQL.
  • Solid understanding of various testing types including unit, integration, API, and performance testing.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Appium.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Jenkins.
  • Working knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
