What you will do

• Manage guest communications via Airbnb and Guesty messaging platforms, responding to stay-related questions and concerns.
• Coordinate with onsite Miami maintenance and cleaning teams to resolve issues and track requests.
• Escalate urgent or sensitive matters to the Operations Lead.
• Document all guest interactions and maintain accurate operational notes.
• Support the team with overflow messaging during peak hours.
• Ensure a professional, calm, and solution-oriented approach in all communications.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong written English and Spanish communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous conversations in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with booking or CRM platforms.
• Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
