What you will do

• Design and develop solutions for mobile robots, robotic arms, and drones.
• Develop state-of-the-art AI models, including promptable and foundation models.
• Build reinforcement and imitation learning pipelines.
• Test AI and robotics solutions in simulation (Isaac Sim, Blender, Bullet) and real-world settings.
• Integrate robots with cloud services and design automated AI systems to increase production and precision.
• Conduct regular research on the latest trends and modern approaches in the robotics AI domain.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience with strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• MSc degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience developing AI-based robotics perception and agentic systems.
• Practical experience with robotics simulation and rendering tools (Isaac Sim, Blender, Bullet, Genesis).
• Solid knowledge of ML and robotics frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, ROS/ROS2.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) proficiency, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of SLAM, localization, mapping, path planning, and motion planning (e.g., MoveIt).
• Familiarity with testing strategies, CI pipelines, and MLOps practices.
• Experience working with open-source codebases.
