AI/ML Engineer (Agentic AI & Computer Vision): Developing intelligent diagram understanding and agentic AI workflows to automate the transformation of technical engineering documentation into structured simulation models with an accent on multi-agent orchestration and computer vision. Focus on building end-to-end AI pipelines, integrating RAG and knowledge graphs, and creating rapid prototypes in an R&D environment.

What you will do

• Build and improve agentic AI workflows for processing technical engineering documentation.
• Develop Computer Vision pipelines for diagram and symbol detection.
• Design and maintain Knowledge Graph structures representing system components and relationships.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration pipelines using modern LLM frameworks.
• Integrate retrieval, reasoning, and tool-calling capabilities into AI systems.
• Build APIs and backend services using FastAPI to support AI workflows and experimentation.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with Python and modern AI/ML ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems using LangGraph or LangChain.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and tool-calling architectures.
• Practical experience training or fine-tuning Computer Vision models for object detection and document understanding.
• Proficiency in building APIs and backend services with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Knowledge Graphs (Neo4j, NetworkX, RDF).
• Experience with multimodal AI systems combining image and text understanding.
• Familiarity with GCP services such as Vertex AI, Cloud Run, or GCS.
• Experience integrating code execution or self-correcting loops into AI agent workflows.
