What you will do

• Build, integrate, deploy, and support AWS-based data platforms using Glue, S3, and Lambda.
• Provide ongoing production support for Finance application systems, including problem analysis and resolution.
• Design, develop, code, and debug programs for various system renewal and stability projects.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams, system designers, and analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including data mappings and flow diagrams.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours support on a team rotation basis.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT experience in full application development and systems integration using ETL tools.
• Demonstrated expertise with AWS Glue.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (Postgres/Oracle).
• Expertise in designing frameworks using Python, PySpark, and Glue.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and DevOps tools (Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, CI/CD, Ansible).
• Must be able to obtain Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with ETL tools like IICS/IDMC or Aptitude Studio.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, or CSS.
