Requirements

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline.
• MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body.
• Strong technical delivery experience with good knowledge of JCT Contracts.
• Track record in project management from inception to completion.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and previously employed by a consultancy.
• Demonstrate client-focused, positive collaboration and proactive approach.
