What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive progress through stage-gate processes from insight to post-launch review.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards.
• Develop claims and customer benefit strategies in collaboration with regulatory and compliance managers.
• Align product development with the company's Food Philosophy and range values.
• Lead rapid resolution of product issues, including shortages and quality concerns.

Requirements

• Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action and clear judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Commercial awareness and experience in building business cases.
• Ability to influence senior, technical, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading work at pace and managing competing priorities.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Richmond, UK.
