What you will do
- Process and enter customer orders into internal systems with high precision.
- Track the entire lifecycle of orders to ensure timely delivery and processing.
- Coordinate with colleagues via Microsoft Teams to clarify order details and quotations.
- Handle written communication via email and participate in calls and training with the team in France.
Requirements
- French language proficiency (B2).
- English language proficiency (B2).
- Strong understanding of MS Office programs.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in Sofia, Bulgaria for a hybrid working model.
