What you will do

• Develop new backend features focusing on high scale and performance.
• Collaborate with frontend teams on planning, requirements, and API contracts.
• Solve complex challenges related to distributed systems at scale.
• Measure system performance and optimize bottlenecks.
• Build internal tools for testing automation, deployment pipelines, and product support.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and on-call rotation for triage and issue response.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience working with Linux environments.
• Comfortable using cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Knowledge of container orchestration via Kubernetes.
• Fluent English speaker capable of working across international teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Python or Scala.
• Experience with GraphQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of Frontend development.
