What you will do

• Support the development of data-driven applications within Databricks Apps.
• Build and maintain backend services utilizing Node.js.
• Work with Databricks SQL and datasets to retrieve and process data.
• Collaborate with senior developers, data engineers, and analysts to optimize application performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in software development or data-related roles.
• Basic knowledge of Node.js (Express or similar frameworks) and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Katowice, Poland.
