What you will do

• Collaborate with designers to build visually appealing and user-friendly application interfaces.
• Plan and execute project deliverables while maintaining high code quality through active code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the full stack.
• Write technical specifications and documentation for software projects.
• Participate in on-call rotations to triage and resolve production issues.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance decision-making and development impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
• Experience with Node.js and working with legacy codebases.
• Ability to work with Java or PHP for small modifications.
• Proficiency in English.
• Must be able to work from the Warsaw office at least 3 days per week.
