What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
• Build and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript.
• Develop robust server-side applications and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.
• Design efficient database schemas and manage data interactions with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Drive architectural decisions, CI/CD implementation, and testing strategies within the team.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver innovative, user-centric enterprise solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with React and Node.js.
• 2+ years of experience in a team lead or senior leadership role.
• Expertise in React.js, Redux, and component-based architecture.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and API design (REST/GraphQL).
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases and version control systems like Git.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices.
