What you will do

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture for agent infrastructure platforms including identity, compute, and memory.
• Design and implement robust distributed systems for agent orchestration, tool execution, and workload authorization.
• Drive security standards for credential management, audit trails, and service-to-service trust models.
• Lead design reviews and mentor senior and staff engineers to ensure high-quality, scalable production code.
• Collaborate with product and ML teams to define how agent capabilities are exposed across the organization.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years at staff or principal scope.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and multi-tenant platform design.
• Production experience with authentication/authorization infrastructure (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SPIFFE/SPIRE).
• Fluency in a compiled, systems-capable language (Go preferred).
• Hands-on experience building LLM-integrated systems, agent orchestration, or tool-use frameworks.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and reside within the country.

Nice to have

• Experience with plugin or extension runtime design (WASM, gRPC sidecar patterns).
• Familiarity with knowledge graph systems (Neo4j) and vector databases.
• Operating Kubernetes-based platforms at scale.
