What you will do

• Shape the AI/ML technical direction by contributing to research strategy and validating POCs hands-on.
• Lead the exploration of GenAI concepts, including context management, memory, retrieval, and agentic loops.
• Drive product development from discovery with PMs to delivery within cross-functional teams.
• Design and own the LLM evaluation framework to optimize performance, cost, and reliability.
• Act as an AI evangelist internally and externally to promote advanced AI thinking.

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving AI/ML initiatives end-to-end in production environments.
• Expert ability to design, execute, and scale production-grade AI systems.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, embeddings, multimodality, and AI architectures.
• Advanced expertise in context engineering and deployed evaluations.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals and experience with microservice architectures.

Nice to have

• Architect-level experience designing and shipping complex Agentic systems at scale.
• Deep expertise in data science methodologies, ML algorithms, and NLP fundamentals.
• Experience in backend engineering, API design, and Kubernetes.
