What you will do

  • Help customers leverage first-party data to achieve their business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer delight.
  • Travel up to 10% for new hire onboarding, client work, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Based in the United States.
  • Experience in customer success or account management.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
  • Ability to use AI tools responsibly, including awareness of privacy, security, and bias.
