What you will do
- Monitor and respond to mentions, comments, and DMs across X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Threads.
- Write on-brand, human, genuinely helpful replies and amplify community content across social channels.
- Identify and flag trending conversations, product feedback, cultural moments, and platform shifts; route them to the right internal teams.
- Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Marketing teams on reactive and proactive social moments.
- Maintain voice and tone guidelines and own reporting on sentiment trends.
Requirements
- Experience representing consumer or developer-facing brands on social media, with examples of past work.
- Strong communication and writing skills: clear, fast writing and ability to adapt to different use cases.
- Product intuition and ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
- Strong judgment on when to reply, when to like-and-move-on, and when to ignore.
- Platform-native fluency in how social media works (culture, cadence, unwritten rules).
- Experience using community management platforms and social listening tools.
