What you will do

• Define, document, and steward the hirify.global brand voice across every written channel.
• Review and refine human- and AI-generated content for ads, blogs, and emails to ensure brand alignment.
• Write high-impact copy for ads, video scripts, websites, and landing pages.
• Manage freelance writers and editors, providing clear briefs and rapid feedback to maintain quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand writing, copywriting, or editorial roles.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of formats (ads, web, email, video) and varied brand voices.
• Strong editing instincts and the ability to elevate writing quickly.
• Experience owning or stewarding a brand voice end-to-end.
• Comfort reviewing AI-assisted content and building AI tools for writing and editing.
• Proven ability to manage and direct freelance contributors.
• English: C1+ proficiency required as it is the company language
