Location: Hybrid in Shenzhen, China (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Design and build robust, scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop intuitive and responsive frontend applications with TypeScript and Nuxt.js.
• Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on GCP leveraging Docker for containerization.
• Implement microservices to support cloud training and deployment of hirify.global YOLO models.
• Drive the CI/CD strategy using GitHub Actions to ensure rapid and reliable delivery.
• Collaborate with the AI research team to integrate the latest computer vision advancements into the platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full stack software engineering.
• Expertise in Python and experience with web frameworks like FastAPI or Django.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and frameworks such as Nuxt.js, Vue.js, or React.
• Strong experience with GCP and containerization technologies like Docker.
• Proven experience designing microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Must be based in Shenzhen, China to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Genuine passion for AI and machine learning.
• Direct experience with MLOps or training models, specifically YOLO11.
