What you will do

• Lead and manage the electrical engineering team in designing, prototyping, and validating consumer product systems.
• Provide technical leadership in power electronics, embedded systems, and hardware development processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including industrial design, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing to ensure seamless integration.
• Oversee the development of schematics, PCB layouts, and system validation to ensure robust and compliant designs.
• Implement effective DFM and DFT practices in partnership with manufacturing and operations teams.
• Mentor and develop engineering team members to grow individual and team capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering with 3+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Strong expertise in power electronics, motor control, and battery systems.
• Solid background in embedded systems design, microcontrollers, and real-time firmware integration.
• Proven experience in developing and launching high-volume consumer electronics.
• Deep understanding of DFM, DFT, and regulatory compliance (UL, FCC, CE, IEC).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
