What you will do

  • Handle user inquiries and resolve player issues efficiently.
  • Mediate and resolve disputes between players.
  • Identify, track, and report technical bugs to the development team.
  • Provide constructive feedback to players regarding their reported issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer support experience within IT or GameDev.
  • Proficiency with Zendesk or Usedesk.
  • Experience using task trackers like Jira, Asana, Trello, or FlowFast.
  • English: C1-C2 level.
  • Portuguese: B2-C1 level.
  • Strong understanding of gaming communities and industry terminology.

Nice to have

  • Spanish language proficiency.
