What you will do

  • Own the product roadmap, prioritization, and strategic planning for the chat direction.
  • Define KPIs, hypotheses, and experiment strategies to drive business growth.
  • Analyze product metrics and landing performance to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and analysts to implement technical solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and align priorities across stakeholders.
  • Improve team processes and product culture to ensure high-quality execution.

Requirements

  • Strong Russian and English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience building and managing product roadmaps and strategic planning.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms like Optimizely or VWO.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in unit economics and key metrics.
  • Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and API integrations.
  • Proficiency with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
