What you will do

  • Handle user requests through the ticketing system.
  • Respond to and moderate reviews on Google Play and App Store.
  • Analyze player reviews and identify common issues to improve the game.
  • Diagnose and resolve in-game technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the development team to relay information about critical bugs.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the IT or gamedev industry.
  • English: Advanced (C1) required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of responsibility.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of an additional language.
