What you will do
- Handle user requests through the ticketing system.
- Respond to and moderate reviews on Google Play and App Store.
- Analyze player reviews and identify common issues to improve the game.
- Diagnose and resolve in-game technical issues.
- Collaborate with the development team to relay information about critical bugs.
- Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the IT or gamedev industry.
- English: Advanced (C1) required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of responsibility.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of an additional language.
