What you will do

• Operate Vicon and Xsens motion capture systems within a live-action shooting environment.
• Perform daily calibration of the capture volume, camera tracking objects, and lenses.
• Prepare and mark up performers, props, and virtual set environments, including fitting head-mounted cameras.
• Process motion capture data from initial tracking through to solving.
• Maintain mocap hardware, markers, and tracking objects to ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with the camera department and stage tech to fabricate and attach tracking devices.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Vicon Shogun and Xsens inertial motion capture systems.
• Knowledge of real-time technology and virtual production toolsets.
• Proficiency in tracking and solving motion capture data and working with Maya.
• High computer literacy with both Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integrated systems of computers and sensors under production pressure.
• Required to work full-time on-site at the London studio.
