What you will do

• Win and deliver high-end creative work from pitch to final delivery.
• Execute sales strategies for new and existing clients in collaboration with the Head of Production.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Manage production schedules using Ceta and ensure projects are delivered on time and budget.
• Lead the bidding process and develop creative treatments for projects.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the production team.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in production within Advertising VFX.
• Deep understanding of the VFX pipeline and delivery requirements.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and complex projects in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with CETA or similar industry-standard production software.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in London.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
