What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of existing enterprise customers to ensure platform adoption and goal attainment.
  • Audit and analyze platform usage to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Define Learning & Development roadmaps and strategies in collaboration with client stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal resources to address technical and educational customer requirements.
  • Detect new project opportunities in partnership with Key Account Managers.
  • Identify at-risk customers and implement corrective actions to limit churn.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a Customer Success role.
  • Previous experience in an HR Tech or Learning Solution SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience working in the SaaS industry.
  • Knowledge of customer success KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
