What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of existing enterprise customers to ensure platform adoption and goal attainment.
- Audit and analyze platform usage to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Define Learning & Development roadmaps and strategies in collaboration with client stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal resources to address technical and educational customer requirements.
- Detect new project opportunities in partnership with Key Account Managers.
- Identify at-risk customers and implement corrective actions to limit churn.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a Customer Success role.
- Previous experience in an HR Tech or Learning Solution SaaS environment.
- Proven experience working in the SaaS industry.
- Knowledge of customer success KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
