What you will do

• Scale a validated MVP for debt collections to reach profitability within 6 months.
• Lead end-to-end product discovery using qualitative and quantitative research and problem definition.
• Define product strategy and roadmaps with measurable goals and OKRs tied to customer feedback.
• Secure buy-in from creditors and partners for product roadmap execution.
• Drive commercial impact through customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Expertise in D2C product management, preferably in Fintech (collections or debt consolidation).
• Proven experience launching products from 0→1, covering discovery and early-stage scaling.
• Ability to build business cases, define success metrics, and drive revenue growth.
• Strong skills in user research and applying data insights to inform product strategy.
• Experience working in Agile cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
• Must be able to work hybridly (40% office-based) in London.
