What you will do

• Structure, set terms, and execute trades in private equity NAV financing and private credit asset-backed loans.
• Negotiate transaction documentation and manage risk for related trading books.
• Develop detailed financial models, scenario analyses, and credit assessments.
• Create term sheets, marketing materials, and internal committee presentations.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and investment banking teams to originate new transactions.
• Conduct market analysis and asset-level due diligence to support transaction approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Two years of experience in trading or a related financial role.
• Proven experience conducting quantitative analysis on complex trading products.
• Experience applying financial accounting principles to build cash flow models and corporate valuations.
• Ability to present investment theses and risk analyses to senior leadership.
• Experience liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve commercial outcomes.
