What you will do

• Own the technical and strategic success of assigned customer accounts from onboarding through to renewal.
• Partner with customers to deliver intelligence-led outcomes using the Intelligence Cloud and integrations ecosystem.
• Monitor platform adoption and analyze usage patterns to ensure sustained operational success.
• Conduct regular executive and technical business reviews, presenting value realization metrics and maturity progression.
• Collaborate with customers' SOC, CTI, and engineering teams on configuration, data integration, and optimization.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to influence product direction and services innovation.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in consulting or customer-facing cyber threat intelligence, SOC, or cyber advisory roles.
• Deep understanding of intelligence principles and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, Diamond Model, and the Cyber Kill Chain.
• Technical fluency with intelligence platforms, APIs, data feeds, and security integrations (SIEM, TIP, SOAR).
• Proven ability to translate complex intelligence insights into actionable business outcomes for C-suite executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Intelligence Studies, or a related field.
• Must be based in Singapore for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, GCTI, or GCIH.
