What you will do

• Establish and drive security governance framework, define metrics, track risks, and report to BISO and APAC committee.
• Lead incident management including response, containment, recovery, and post-analysis.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks for public sector projects.
• Build relationships with Singapore public sector stakeholders and understand their security needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and support audits.
• Provide technical security consulting to delivery teams and enable Security Champions.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or PR eligible for government security clearance
• Lead or Principal technologist with executive communications, software development, architecture, and cloud experience.
• Experience in information or cyber security, risk management, governance, and technical implementation.
• Proven track record translating security frameworks into practical engineering strategies.
• Strong communication and consulting skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to lead and manage stakeholders in Singapore and APAC.

Nice to have

• Public sector experience in Singapore security landscape and regulations.
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, GSEC.
