What you will do

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across APAC and globally in technology risk, IT, and compliance.
• Act as the 2nd Line of Defence in bank projects, providing advisory on regulatory requirements and potential solutions.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for interpreting technology regulations from MAS, HKMA, ABS, HKAB, and SFC.
• Review and provide constructive challenge to assessments performed against existing and new regulations to strengthen controls.
• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of relevant technology regulations applicable to the business.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore.
• 6-10 years of experience in financial services working with technology-related regulations, preferably covering Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Professional certification in IT controls/technology (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
