Senior Solutions Engineer (iGaming & Web3)

What you will do

• Act as the technical lead through the entire sales cycle, from pre-sales to post-sales, for Enterprise prospects and customers.
• Design and implement optimal solutions leveraging hirify.global’s global distributed network.
• Educate and onboard new customers via video conferences, in-person meetings, and technical documentation.
• Develop custom firewall rules from log files and craft effective performance caching and delivery strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to create scalable solutions for customer needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of pre-sales experience in Cloud or Cybersecurity companies.
• Experience with regulated industries, specifically iGaming and Web3.
• Deep understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/UDP, DNS (authoritative vs recursive), HTTP, and TLS/SSL.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand terms for customers.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Mandarin to support regional and Chinese customers.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
• Experience building or contributing to web applications.
• Ability to detail the differences between CSRF, XSS, and SQLi and how to defend against them.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOC-2.
