What you will do

• Develop the new customer experience core.
• Participate in UI, UX, and software design sessions to shape future engagement.
• Automate development processes and workflows wherever possible.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product and engineering managers to own the product end-to-end.

Requirements

• Experience with multiple programming paradigms (functional, structural, object-oriented).
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git).
• Ability to implement clean code, code reviews, and white-box/black-box testing.
• Experience in cloud-native application development and delivery.
• Strong affinity for DevOps culture, lean development, and a kaizen mindset.
• Ability to identify opportunities for AI and automation to add value.
