Fullstack Software Engineer (Java/React)

What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end product features in collaboration with UX designers and data scientists.
• Evaluate customer needs and assess optimal technical solutions using Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Develop scalable, high-performance systems with full ownership of SLIs and SLOs.
• Deploy and maintain software in production environments.
• Proactively identify and address technical debt to improve business impact.
• Apply modern development methodologies and tools to ensure code quality and performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Must be currently based in the Netherlands.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Scala, Kotlin, and JavaScript/React.
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of modern frontend architecture (SSR, SPA, micro frontends).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Experience with data-driven product development and A/B testing.
