TL;DR
Fullstack Engineer (Platform Team) (.NET/JavaScript): Develop and maintain internal tools, infrastructure, and integrations supporting the engineering department with an accent on balanced frontend and backend work. Location: Hybrid in Rotterdam, Netherlands

What you will do
- Implement new components, pages, and backend functionalities like Vue components and data interfaces with external parties.
- Maintain consistent workflow across full stack, balancing frontend and backend tasks weekly.
- Refactor and optimize codebases for better execution speed and maintainability.
- Participate in full application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and resolving technical bottlenecks.
- Build and refine internal tools and processes to boost efficiency for other development teams.
- Contribute to technical standards, best practices, and direction in faculty meetings.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to align on technical requirements, platform goals, and security.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in .NET Technologies (VB.Net/C#)
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, and knowledge of TypeScript
- Experience with relational database engines (SQL Server)
- Experience with API development (HTTP, REST, .NET Web API)
- Ability to work independently and within a Scrum framework
- Solid testing experience for frontend and backend using frameworks such as Jest and nUnit
- Knowledge of web security and cross-browser compatibility
- Fluency in English
