Data and Automation Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines integrating Salesforce, SharePoint, supplier systems, support platforms, and external APIs.
• Build maintainable data models and ensure data quality, consistency, lineage, and traceability across structured and unstructured data sources.
• Develop Power BI semantic models, dashboards, reports, DAX measures, and business logic for operational KPIs and actionable insights.
• Automate report generation, data refreshes, and business processes using Python and workflow orchestration tools.
• Integrate AI services into business processes and analytics workflows, including automated insights, ticket classification, trend analysis, knowledge retrieval, and AI assistants.
• Collaborate with support, integration, engineering, and business teams to define data strategies and promote governance and solution-design best practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and integrating data from multiple enterprise systems.
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs and working with structured and unstructured data.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with Power BI data modeling, DAX, dashboard and report development, and performance optimization.
• Strong Python skills for data processing, automation, API integrations, and analytics workflows.
• Ability to independently design and implement technical solutions, with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience working in enterprise environments and using Python in production.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI and Large Language Models, Copilot Studio, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience with RAG solutions, agent-based automation, Power Automate, n8n, machine learning applications, or cloud-based data platforms.
• Equivalent technologies and experience integrating business solutions are welcome.
