Location: Onsite in Jerusalem, Israel

What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for employees regarding hardware, software, and applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptops, peripherals, and operating systems.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming support requests through a ticketing system.
  • Handle user account lifecycles, including password resets, permissions, and access management.
  • Execute employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment provisioning.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting macOS and Windows environments.
  • Familiarity with networking basics such as DHCP, DNS, SMB, and LDAP.
  • Experience supporting video conferencing tools like Zoom and Google Meet.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve troubleshooting and automation.

Nice to have

  • Experience with IT service platforms such as FreshService, OTRS, or ZenDesk.
  • Extensive knowledge of Mac and experience with iOS.
