What you will do
- Provide day-to-day technical support for employees regarding hardware, software, and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptops, peripherals, and operating systems.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support requests through a ticketing system.
- Handle user account lifecycles, including password resets, permissions, and access management.
- Execute employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment provisioning.
- Maintain and update internal documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting macOS and Windows environments.
- Familiarity with networking basics such as DHCP, DNS, SMB, and LDAP.
- Experience supporting video conferencing tools like Zoom and Google Meet.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve troubleshooting and automation.
Nice to have
- Experience with IT service platforms such as FreshService, OTRS, or ZenDesk.
- Extensive knowledge of Mac and experience with iOS.
