What you will do

• Lead on-site deployment of GPU-based compute clusters, storage systems, and high-speed networking.
• Organize and supervise contractors, vendors, and internal technical teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and operational issues during deployments.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including deployment plans, risk logs, and acceptance reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, networking, operations, and supply chain.
• Participate in automation initiatives and process improvements for post-deployment support.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with data center infrastructure deployments, ideally in HPC or AI environments.
• Strong understanding of racking, structured cabling, power planning, and cooling considerations.
• Technical knowledge of GPU servers, compute nodes, storage platforms, and high-speed networking.
• Ability to lead teams through complex deployments in time-critical environments.
• English: Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in Israel to be considered.

Nice to have

• Understanding of construction project structures and risk factors in facility build-outs.
• Knowledge of High-Performance Computing (HPC).
• Experience in business process design or automation tools development.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar industry certifications.
