What you will do

• Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with business and engineering needs.
• Oversee office IT infrastructure, networks, end-user devices, and cloud services.
• Plan and manage IT budgets, licenses, and procurement of hardware and software.
• Manage a team of system administrators, support engineers, and infrastructure specialists.
• Ensure security compliance and support audits such as ISO 27001 and HITRUST.
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and operational risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT leadership, IT management, or senior system administration.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Expertise with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Wazuh, Grafana) and networking vendors (Fortinet, Aruba).
• Experience with MDM systems (ManageEngine Endpoint Central) and endpoint protection.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and experience with compliance audits.
• English: Intermediate or higher level.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise software development or the finance domain.
• Experience in the delivery of desktop, mobile, and web applications.
• History of successful system integration projects.
